The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Invent, design and implement, scalable, efficient and reliable solutions
• Take user stories from idea to rapid experimentation to implementation including work estimation, collaboration with our product team, development, testing and code review
• Implement continuous integration, regression and deployment, while maintaining the existing system and codebase
• Work in a dynamic, iterative work environment where innovation and feedback are key to success.
• Continue to evolve our architecture and build better software
• Contribute to UX and UI workflows and product design

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in software development
• 5+ years of full stack experience
• 5+ years of experience with Python/Java/Ruby/Node.js or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience with Flask/Spring/Rails/Express or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience with React/Angular/Typescript
• Working understanding of public clouds like AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
• Familiar with OWASP Top 10 and secure coding best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
